Received an error code with your ENVi® product?
The ENVi® shower system automatically checks the operation of the Tri-HUB. In the event that a fault is detected, an error message will be displayed on the ENVi® controller when attempting to start a showering session.
The table below provides guidance on what to do next if a particular error message is displayed. If any further assistance is required, please contact Triton Customer Experience.

BAT001 |
This message appears during the Commissioning procedure if a LIR2032 battery has not been installed in the Tri-HUB. |
With the product isolated from power, remove the cover of the Tri-HUB and insert the LIR2032 battery into the holder. Ensure that the battery is fitted in the correct orientation. |
CE001 |
This message appears if there is a loss of communication between the ENVi controller and the Tri-HUB. |
Check the connection of the data cable in both the Tri-HUB and the ENVi controller. |
CE002 |
This message appears if there is an undetermined fault with the Tri-HUB. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
FP001 |
This message appears if the Tri-HUB has detected an ambient temperature of less than 1°C for an extended period of time. |
To remove this lockout, navigate to the Freezing Precaution setting in the System Settings menu. Select the 'Remove Lockout' option, press and hold the required keys to enter, and complete the procedure as per the instructions on the controller. |
LF001 |
This message appears if the incoming flow has dropped to an unacceptably low value whilst showering. |
Check the incoming water supply for the product. Ensure that the outlet is not restricted. |
NTC001 |
This message appears if the outlet thermistor is not detected by the Tri-HUB. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
NTC002 |
This message appears if the Tri-HUB has detected a short circuit in the outlet thermistor. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
NTC003 |
This message appears if the inlet thermistor is not detected by the Tri-HUB. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
NTC004 |
This message appears if the Tri-HUB has detected a short circuit in the inlet thermistor. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
RE001 |
This message appears if one of the relays connected to the heater can has failed. |

RE002 |
This message appears if one of the relays has reached an excessive temperature. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 minutes to allow the relay to cool down, then resupply the power and try using the product again. |
RE003 |
This message appears if one of the relays has reached an excessive temperature on three occasions. |

TH001 |
This message appears if the inlet temperature has reached an excessive temperature. |
Check the inlet supply to the Tri-HUB, and ensure it is being fed by an ambient supply. |
TH002 |
This message appears if the outlet temperature has reached an excessive temperature. |
Isolate the power to the product, wait for 10 seconds, then resupply the power. Then try using the product again. |
